This Privacy Policy describes how the Debt Simulator application (“the App”, “we”) handles your information. Your privacy matters to us.
The App lets you create an account and record information about your debts. The data you enter includes:
All your information is stored only on your own device, inside the App's private storage. The App does not send, transmit, or upload your data to any server, cloud, or third party. We have no access to your information.
The App does not collect or share:
The App may request the notifications permission for the sole purpose of sending you payment reminders that you set up yourself. These reminders are generated locally on your device.
The App may also access your camera or photo gallery only when you choose to use the statement-scanning feature. The image is processed entirely on your device (on-device text recognition) to read the balance, interest rate and minimum payment. The image is not stored, saved, or sent to any server or third party, and is discarded right after the values are read.
Since all data is on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the App's data (Settings > Apps > Debt Simulator > Storage > Clear data) or by uninstalling the App. This permanently removes all your information.
Passwords and security answers are stored using a hashing algorithm (SHA-256 with salt). We still recommend protecting access to your device.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date will reflect any changes.

Esta Política de Privacidad describe cómo la aplicación Debt Simulator (“la App”, “nosotros”) maneja tu información. Tu privacidad es importante para nosotros.
La App te permite crear una cuenta y registrar información sobre tus deudas. Los datos que ingresas incluyen:
Toda tu información se guarda únicamente en tu propio dispositivo, dentro del almacenamiento privado de la App. La App no envía, transmite ni sube tus datos a ningún servidor, nube ni a terceros. No tenemos acceso a tu información.
La App no recopila ni comparte:
La App puede solicitar el permiso de notificaciones con el único fin de enviarte recordatorios de pago que tú mismo configures. Estos recordatorios se generan localmente en tu dispositivo.
La App también puede acceder a tu cámara o galería de fotos únicamente cuando decides usar la función de escaneo de facturas. La imagen se procesa completamente en tu dispositivo (reconocimiento de texto local) para leer el saldo, la tasa de interés y el pago mínimo. La imagen no se almacena, guarda ni envía a ningún servidor ni tercero, y se descarta inmediatamente después de leer los valores.
Como todos los datos están en tu dispositivo, puedes eliminarlos en cualquier momento al borrar los datos de la App (Ajustes > Aplicaciones > Debt Simulator > Almacenamiento > Borrar datos) o al desinstalar la App. Esto elimina permanentemente toda tu información.
Las contraseñas y respuestas de seguridad se almacenan usando un algoritmo de hash (SHA-256 con salt). Aun así, te recomendamos proteger el acceso a tu dispositivo.
La App no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recopila conscientemente información de ellos.
Podemos actualizar esta Política de Privacidad ocasionalmente. La fecha de “última actualización” reflejará cualquier cambio.
